Interior renovations of 30,000 square feet on the 6th floor of a Class “A” building. Scope of work included detailed architectural millwork and casework throughout the space, polished concrete flooring, patterned carpeting, a gym, and installation of two garage doors. Also included were multiple electrical, mechanical, and plumbing features that included a restaurant style hooded exhaust system, showers, and accent lighting.
