Interior renovation of approximately 10,000 square feet of Class “A” office space, starting with full demolition of the existing space.  Renovations included new offices, ceilings, doors, full kitchen and break room, new mechanical equipment – which included a supplemental AC unit for a new IT room – and new lighting throughout.  New millwork included a reception desk with stone tops, glass walls and paneling, door frames, sidelights, conference room tables, and credenzas all stained and veneered alike.   Also installed were porcelain tile flooring with accent inserts, soffits and drywall niches which included recessed lighting.
